I am a rep for an MLM company and along with quite a few other reps all over the country we are putting adverts on recruitment websites and splitting the costs.

Anyway the way leads are being allocated is by postcode but it's going to take somebody a while to check all the postcodes in an area to find the one that is nearest.

I was wondering if there is something we can get online or do through excel/access or something where we can put all the postcodes in and then when we get a lead, simply enter their postcode and it'll bring up which is nearest?

I hope this makes sense.

Thanks - but this isn't really what I need. I was looking for something free as well
